Peter Smith to present at Regional Aviation Association of Australia
Peter Smith, Strategic Advisor to the Advanced Air Mobility CRC will be presenting at the upcoming Regional Aviation Association of Australia Convention on 20 March on the Gold Coast. Come along to this industry-leading event to hear Peter’s presentation and for the opportunity to learn more about the current bid for the AAM CRC.
Focusing on the possible benefits to regional communities identified in the government’s Aviation Green Paper, Peter will present on the potential roles that advanced air mobility can play in point-to-point passenger travel, freight services, aeromedical operations and natural disaster responses. Peter’s talk will provide a particular emphasis on the role that the Australian aerospace and aviation industries can play in developing and adapting AAM air vehicles, air operating systems and ground infrastructure to efficiently and economically meet Australia’s unique needs.
Peter will also discuss the key role that the AAM CRC can play in integrating an overall sovereign approach to this important contribution to transportation, health and safety in regional and remote communities.
